For rental fleets

Evaluate equipment for the fleet, not just for the first order.

Rental buyers need more than an attractive unit price. Machvora structures the discussion around application fit, configuration, transport, service requirements and repeat-order clarity.

Discuss a fleet requirement
01 / Review

Fleet fit

Start with the jobs your customers rent for, transport limits, access constraints and expected utilization.

02 / Review

Configuration

Confirm engine, battery, attachment, control and destination-specific requirements before comparing quotations.

03 / Review

Serviceability

Identify routine service items, parts information and the evidence your technicians will need before adding a machine to the fleet.

04 / Review

Repeatability

Use a defined public SKU and configuration so later quotations and repeat orders can be compared on the same basis.

Useful starting points

Send the operating context first.

Tell us the machine type, intended rental customer, typical job, expected quantity, country and destination. Unknown details can remain unknown while the suitable product scope is narrowed.

Before you compare quotes

Keep the comparison basis consistent.

Compare the same configuration, Incoterm, destination, included options and document scope. Apparent price differences are not meaningful when those items differ.
